Short Consult Offer - Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility:
    • This offer is open to all new and existing patients of Raglan Dental.
    • Patients must book a “Short Consult” appointment and attend the practice to be eligible for the special price.
  2. Offer Details:
    • The short consult is designed to discuss up to one (1) or two (2) specific dental concerns.
    • The fee for the short consult is $100 and is payable at the time of the appointment.
    • If the patient proceeds with treatment valued at $300 or more, the $100 consult fee will be deducted from the treatment cost.
  3. No Obligation to Proceed:
    • There is no obligation to proceed with treatment after the consult.
    • The $100 fee will not be refunded if the patient chooses not to proceed with treatment.
  4. Exclusions:
    • This offer does not apply to emergency appointments, comprehensive new patient examinations, or other consult types outside the “Short Consult.”
    • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer.
  5. Treatment Conditions:
    • The credit applies to the first treatment invoice only and cannot be split across multiple visits.
  6. General:
    • Offer is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or available for gift vouchers.
