Payment must be made at the time of the appointment.
Exclusions:

Offer not available for existing patients attending routine check-ups.

Additional treatments, diagnostic imaging, or procedures outside those listed will incur standard fees.

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or government scheme (including CDBS or DVA).
